The Job:
Bidwells Rural division is searching for motivated and ambitious Graduate Rural Surveyors who are looking to join our growing team in September 2026. The Rural team at Bidwells manages, consults, and offers strategic advice on over a million acres of farmland and estates across the country, working with some of the UK's top-performing rural businesses and landowners including Cambridge and Oxford colleges, pension funds, charities and companies.
We have openings available in the following offices, including: Perth, Inverness, Fort William.

The Candidate:
- A Cognate or Non-Cognate degree, 2:1 or above
- Passion for rural property, land, agriculture and the environment
- Relevant work experience within the rural sector
- A team player who embraces collaborative activities, takes responsibility and acts with a commercial mind
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Driving licence and access to your own vehicle (if this isn’t possible please highlight this on your application so we can explore options with you).
